From simple architectural drawings and 3D design models, the client was offered a budget of $85/square foot project consisting of two sleeping areas, a full kitchen and bathroom with an office loft having a beautiful sea view.

After 7 days of construction and site preparation the foundations were ready for vertical construction.

The walls were raised and secured in less than 5 days, while the roof and parapet wall required 4 additional days.

Plumbing and Electrical rough-in occurred simultaneously.

Exterior Acrylic coatings and texture required 7 days of preparation while a final elastomeric paint coating took 3 days.

Custom windows and doors (ordered in advance) were installed by the manufacturer in 2 days.

Floors and bathrooms were tiled in 6 working days.
The Client has optioned to complete the Casita under their own direction,however to this point in the project, construction costs were less than $50.00/square foot.
