Using traditional building materials in addition to the SIP panel vertical construction , exterior profile details were added onto the garage to match the main house itself, including over hangs and parapet walls.
The client requested the construction of an insulated garage for his water pumping system, tools and sports gear.

Vertical construction required 5 days including electrical and plumbing rough-ins.
Though built over 6 weeks and over budget, the client was pleased with the final project and realized the benefits of a cool secure garage, and was pleased with the final ability to present a structure that mirrored his home.
